Being socially responsible and with an intention to of skill generation amongst the youngsters of Neemrana and nearby areas, SDM Neemrana Shri Mukut Singh inaugurated the initiative taken by Shri Pankaj Dewan, President, NIA and committee and NIA team.
To facilitate the initiative a dedicated Bus will go to various locations in Neemrana vicinity to pick and drop the candidates from their residence while serving as a mode of free transportation between their place and training centre at Neemrana. These candidates will be trained with hands on practical skill set with no cost.
The initiative will upskill the candidates to make them employable, prepare them for the challenges in industry and secure a job. This shall enable them and their and their family to grow and be a better citizen while contributing to the society at large.
NIA had started its online meetings from 13st December 2021. The initiative has been taken to encourage maximum participation of the members in meetings of NIA and provide ease of access to the platform through technology.
This may enable maximum inputs from the participants of various organizations to voice their opinions regarding the common issues pertaining to the smooth business operations of industries in and around Neemrana area.
The meeting calendar of NIA for year 2022 has been designed to have a balanced combination of Offline and Online meetings so as to ensure maximum participations of representatives of various member organizations of ‘Neemrana Industries Association’.
Regularly Hosting meetings and events offline and online and raising issues of industry members to the appropriate authority in order to serve industry members has been the priority to the Office bearers of ‘Neemrana Industries Association’. Few glimpses of meetings are shown in the pictures here.
As the resultant fallout of the corona virus pandemic for the whole world, Neemrana industries too had very tough time and for few survivals was at stake. Neemrana’s overall businesses also appeared to be shaken.
While protection of small and large spread businesses from permanent closure was important to prevent, the vision of the NIA community helped it to somewhat stay strong in the times of pandemic. It maintained its connectivity to its members for the possible support whatsoever to keep them alive.
Some glimpse of the actions in tough time:
The use of Biomass energy by the Industries of NCR region was a decision pending since many years between the Industries and Government authorities of state and central. In continuous efforts and rigorous follow ups of Authorities of State and Central Government by Mr Pankaj Dewan, President-NIA and Team, the long pending decision has been finalized. It has been a turnaround in favour of the industries, and now the Industries of Neemrana can use Biomass Energy for cost effective and better productivity of their production units.
It is a satisfactory move for the industries which were waiting to get green signal to use a cost-effective means of energy for the production of their units.
